Even Sanibel has old and dated kitchens! The kitchen was fully gutted, walls were removed, the ceiling raised and custom cabinets and hardware were installed. Granite counter tops with an under-mount sink and a modern goose neck faucet brought this space well into the 21st century!

A true disaster of a kitchen. The footprint was completely changed, walls were knocked down, the window was sealed. The result is a kitchen that is not recognizable from the original. Note the new floors!
