Chuck Holman, Done Right Properties did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom!  We are more than pleased with the high quality of his work, excellent communication and timeliness in completing the job.  Chuck does exceptional detail work and also has great ideas.   There were no hidden costs after we signed the contract, the job was on budget.  Chuck is great at communication on a daily basis and a pleasure to have in our home.  Each daythe work area was kept clean and neat for our safety, as we lived in the condo while work was underway.  We look forward to doing business in the future with Chuck and William. Done Right Properties did a fantastic job of remodeling our home after a flood that affected the total house.  Chuck is meticulous in his work and has a great sense of color and space.  We did not hesitate to leave for several months during construction, knowing we would be contacted if any questions or problems arose.    We returned to a beautiful home that reflected our needs as well as our personalities. I am a transplanted New York Interior Designer and have worked with many, many contractors in my career. Chuck Holman of Done Right Properties is definitely the very best home improvement contractor I have ever met and used.  I only wish I had had him in New York.  I would know that every job he did would be done expertly and with a smile.  He is a 5 star wonder.
I recently purchased a condo in Naples and had to have carpet removed, flooring installed, bedrooms painted, etc., etc.  Everything had to be completed in one week so that I could move in before Christmas.  What stress for both us.  Of course the job was finished on time, in fact a day early. He had promised and he is a man of his word. He is truly remarkable. His personality, knowledge, competency and work ethic are outstanding. I recommend him to anyone who has need of a contractor.  He is absolutely the best.  You are in "Good Hands with Chuck".  The name of his company says it all, "Done Right".  It is a most appropriate name because all his work is DONE RIGHT. —EL

We had Chuck Holman of Done Right Properties complete 2 projects in our condominium in the last 2 years.  The first project was a repainting of the unit including the improperly installed metal doors he removed, painted, and reinstalled properly.
The most most recent project was an overhaul of 2 bathrooms including new granite counters with vessel sinks, new mirrors all around, modern all glass shower closures and new faucets and fixtures.  The quality of the finished product was excellent - absolutely perfect,  And, as with the first project, the work was completed on schedule and on price.
Chuck provided guidance so we could visit the granite distributors and make our selection.  He also helped us choose the faucets and other hardware.
Best of all, Chuck did all the work while we were back north during the summer.  We gave him access to our unit and when we returned, the job was done and the condo was in perfect condition. —JL

Dear Neighbors,
I am writing to recommend Chuck Holman with Done Right Properties, as the name of his company says it all. He patched a disaster in our dry wall and put in new baseboard; had his glass man, Jim McLaughlin, put in a new frameless shower door, which hangs perfectly straight; and put up three grab bars in our showers. All of these things were done with precision and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a home improvement expert, and the best part…I got his hame from our Google Group! —LMK

Our community room bathroom was sorely in need of an update and fortunately we met Chuck,the owner of Done Right Properties. First off, his work ethics are amazing. He assured us that he would arrive on the day promised and would work every day until the job was finished and he did just that! The first day was the demolition and 3 days later, we had a completely new bathroom with new floor tile, commode, vanity, mirror, new light fixture (that had to be raised to code), base molding and a new, quieter wall exhaust fan. His price was fair and we never felt he was trying to gouge us. He removed all of the debris and left the room very clean. He is very respectful of people and tries to work with the customer, rather than just pressuring you into his way of thinking. I will be hiring him myself for projects in our condo.—EC

It is almost impossible to describe the complete satisfaction I have for the work done by Chuck Holman of “Done right Properties”. He is a one man powerhouse.

Not only did he complete all the improvements I had asked of him, he did so in the most splendid and timely fashion.  He exceeded my expectations by far.  The best part, however, was the fact that he treated me and my home with the greatest respect.  There was no refuse or discarded materials left behind.  He even vacuumed as he finished each task so that these improvements were immediately available for my use.

The owner, Chuck Holman is not only knowledgeable, he’s experienced & has great ideas. He sees opportunities to make your project unique. We started with our kitchen and were impressed with his promptness, work ethics & willingness to work with us. Chuck never starts on a job until all the supplies that are ordered are on site. This eliminates long delays waiting for cabinets, etc. Once he starts, yours is the only job he is on until it’s complete. He cleans up at the end of each day. Chuck is neat, polite & you will be recommending him to all your friends with confidence. Our next project was the master bath. WOW! Everyone who has seen it are impressed. I love it. When I decided to redo my dated kitchen, I got three other estimates besides Chuck Holman at Done Right Properties.  Done Right Properties had been highly praised by several people I knew.  When I compared what Chuck could do (practically everything) to what the other companies offered, I chose to hire Chuck and Done Right Properties.  Chuck met all my expectations, we stayed on budget, we stayed on schedule and I LOVE my new kitchen.  Chuck treats each project as if he was doing it to his own home.  Chuck takes pride in all he does.  I highly recommend that you at least give Done Right Properties an opportunity to give you an estimate for any home improvement you are thinking about.  You may have to wait to get on his schedule, but you won't be disappointed.  (kitchen #4 on the website.)—LC

March 2016 update: I had a problem with my hose on the Moen faucet Chuck had installed....I called him and he came out on a Sunday to see the problem.  Even though this was a warranty item (anyone else would have told me to contact Moen directly)  Chuck took charge and the problem was solved in 4 days....it was wonderful to work with such a dedicated person.  I went to the web site to try to add this to his site but being tech stupid ...did not see where I could add this  endorsement.  Please feel free to edit and include in Chuck's website this endorsement of even when things go wrong.  Thanks --LC

First let me say that no one but Chuck will ever remodel anything in my house again. Chuck was the contractor from heaven that we all dream about getting and never do. The contract with him was itemized to a workable level. Going into the job, I knew what he agreed to do, and what he expected out of me. He helped me plan an excellent layout within my budget. He gave me choices of hardware, again within my budget, and was very forthcoming whenever I had a "good idea" about what the change order was going to cost.


The cabinets were delivered and assembled to make sure that everything was there and/or functional, before he ripped out the kitchen leaving me with the least possible down time. With the exception of the counters, he did all the work himself; there were never any strange sub-contractors in the house. I felt totally comfortable giving him the keys and letting him come and go at will. The counters were sub'ed out to H&B Granite, who did an excellent job, but he supervised them. If that weren't enough, he showed up when he said he would and did what he said he was going to do. And for the women out there who care, there was not a single instance of me having to view a "vertical smile."


A couple of things on the "con" side: Chuck does all the work himself. If you want your kitchen in three days, he is not the man for the job. If you want it "Done Right", he is. Chuck works around his children's schedule, so he begins later in the morning (around 10). (This was Not a "con" for me, I like sleeping in.) It means that he also works later in the evening, which means he can be there as late as 7 pm. Another "con" is that Chuck is busy. If you want something done next week, he is not the man for the job. I have more work to be done and I am waiting for the three months necessary to get him back.—HB

About a year ago to date, I contacted Chuck to give me an estimate to remodel my kitchen. He responded to my call promptly and came to discuss the options available for my remodel. We discussed my budget and he worked it accordingly.
He made my experience with making selections for cabinets, hardware and granite, etc. as pleasant and stress free as it could be. His knowledge and experience helped me visualize how it would all come together and give me a beautiful remodeled kitchen.
I also had Chuck install five (5 ) replacement windows in my home and his workmanship was superb.

I can't say enough about Chuck because his quality of work and workmanship are by far the "BEST" I've have ever experienced. I will be having hardwood floors installed and a bathroom remodel in the near future and Chuck of "Done Right Properties " will be the one I call.
